This is our very favorite place to stay when we go to Fayetville. Not far from UARK... but with the quaint, downtown feel with cobblestone streets and unique stores and restaurants. The Novel is always immaculate. With comfy beds, gorgeous bathrooms, and the perfect downtown loft feel.

If your looking to stay in Rogers then Jen's is a must stay! We stayed during a winter storm and her place was so warm, cozy and felt like home. She has the best stocked home, we were afraid we wouldn't beat the storm and get to the home and realize supplies we needed and she has absolutely everything you need! We needed to extend our stay and Jen was so helpful in arranging our extension and was so fast in her responses and she is so incredibly kind and friendly! Her home is so clean and in a nice neighborhood that is convenient to any place you need to go. Thank you so much Jen for letting us enjoy your home!

This place is outstanding! It's a great location and walkable to all downtown Rogers restaurants, bars, galleries and shopping. It has an amazing speak-easy vibe and the attention to detail that the owners have put into the property is outstanding. Jen did a great job of being pro-active, and making sure our check-in process was super helpful. I highly recommend this property and location.

Very cute home. It was very comfortable and homey. My family and I stayed over a week, and it was so cozy. Jen was very responsive and helpful. Highly suggest this home if you ever come to town.

I cant say enough about how great this stay was at Jen's. We wish this was our home! The peaceful mornings sitting looking at the lake while sipping a great cup of coffee will live rent free in my mind till we return. The location is just amazing and we enjoyed the local restaurants as well. This house can equally be a peaceful retreat or a beautiful place to enjoy as a family playing games and kayaking on the lake. We look forward to our next visit.

We stayed at Jenn's place for several days over Christmas and were very comfortable and impressed. Jenn paid attention to details. We cooked at home in the kitchen quite a bit and found everything we needed to do so. Jenn responded to our questions quickly and helpfully. We kayaked around the lake and Jenn's house stands out as one of the most beautiful. We are looking for dates to stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Jen's place. We had a multigenerational group of 9 family members, and everyone was comfortable, and we had more than enough room to spread out. This was a great home base for our visit to Crystal Bridges Museum. If you are a Mountain Biker, I imagine this place is even more incredible as it is so close to the trails and what looks like a new bike park that is being constructed nearby. If we ever make it back that way again, we plan on staying here again!

Great place for families or extended families! There are trails just around the corner. We had an amazing and also peaceful time. Jen was responsive and gave simple, clear instructions.
