Great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and convenient-lots of fun things to do locally. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bella Vista.

I want to say I gave this home a 5 star because it made me feel at home with everything I needed, to spend my days comfortable. Jen was an amazing host always a message away for anything we needed . Jen went above and beyond even to extending our stay ! She was a great host quick to respond ! Bathrooms were amazing . Front and back porches were so awesome to sit down with our family and have our chats . Beds were comfty as well ! I will definitely stay here again if we’re allowed tooo ! Thank you Jen for offering your beautiful home to us !!

This house was the ultimate retreat for our family - located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The screened-in back porch was our favorite spot to enjoy our morning coffee or watch the kids on the playset. It had plenty of space, everything we needed, and Jen's communication was top-notch. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for a family of 5 during a busy volleyball tournament weekend. 15 min Uber’s to downtown; HEab down the road; shopping 10 mins way and cute peaceful walkable neighborhood! The house was so clean and nice; all bedrooms were so accommodating; kitchen was big and plenty of space to cook at home meals and living room was a great place for the family to relax together. Backyard is amazing, big and lots of space to enjoy beautiful TX Weather. Do not hesitate to book!

Jen's place was great. We felt right at home, and the size was perfect for our stay. All the basic amenities were available with the washer and dryer being so helpful. Bike/hike trail was so close snd essy to access. We would stay here again.

We had a 9 hr drive down into Arkansas and before hand we were looking into AirBnB’s and Jen’s place caught our attention , one thing about me is I’m such an OCD and Clean-Freak . Jen’s home was exactly how it looked in the pictures . Thank Jen for hosting us , We will definitely be booking with you once back in town . Home was a very good fit for what we wanted: clean, comfy, 2 bdrms/2 baths, hot showers, washer/dryer, and a fair price. Would definitely recommend if that's what you're looking for.

This place is beautiful! Everything we needed and then some. Kitchen was excellent with beautiful views! We felt right at home. The lake was so pretty and my grandkids had a great time fishing and kayaking from the dock. We had a fire 2 nights and it was wonderful. The room with the ping pong table was a hit. We played and played! The decor, furniture, outdoor decks- all perfect! There is an outdoor heater that I loved. I have stayed at a lot of rentals and this one ranks right at the top! Jen was super responsive and on top of anything we needed! I would recommend this house for sure! We will stay again for sure!!!!

Fantastic place to stay! Super clean and Jen always responded quickly to questions. Close to campus and a Walmart - which we needed twice for forgotten items! Lovely little area, near woods. We even saw three deer across the street one evening!

Easiest 5-star review ever. There’s no better possible location in Rogers. Pictures don’t do it justice. Comfortable, clean, exquisite taste in decor. Not to mention very unique. Very good food nearby. Bars, restaurants, parks, and Onyx coffee!!
