This place was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet so close to downtown that it wasn’t hard at all to experience Bentonville. This place had plenty of room for us and was very well kept. I would certainly consider coming back and next time bringing more people since there was plenty of room to spread out! Jen was very responsive as well and proactively checked in with us which eased any anxiety we had about check in or our stay.

My family has stayed here twice and we will definitely be back! We love this home on 5 acres! Clean, spacious and a lot of charm! Super close to downtown Roger’s and Bentonville!

My family was in Arkansas for a softball tournament. Location was great, house was exactly like in the pictures. House accommodated us for our needs! Jen was amazing and communicated well. Answered all of our questions! Always stayed in contact with us. Definitely recommend!

We had three generations traveling to San Antonio for my son’s graduation from Trinity University. This beautiful home was perfect for our needs. There are two King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two twins. Everyone had their own space, but we were still together. The bigger King bedroom was off the kitchen and had a desk and sitting area so I was able to hide and get work done when needed. The living area is large and excellent for a large family to gather to eat and play card and board games together. The screened in porch was a great spot to sit and have coffee in the morning with my Dad before everyone else woke up. The coffee nook with the ability to brew single cups or a whole pot worked out well for that too. The half moon driveway was big enough that we were able to pull all three cars in as well. Everything was very pretty and clean and the beds were comfortable. Our only regret is that we didn’t find this gem sooner!

This was the best accommodation I’ve used on Airbnb so far! Everything was absolutely spotless from the moment we arrived. The house itself is amazing, and the location is perfect. It honestly didn’t feel like we were staying in someone else’s home it felt like a high-end resort. The staging and attention to detail were incredible. The bathrooms were pristine, there’s a beautiful gas grill set up for outdoor cooking, and the hosts provided everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Jen was an outstanding host very attentive and incredibly quick to respond to any questions. I would give this place a 10/10 without hesitation and would definitely book again!

We had a great stay overall. The home was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group, and the common areas were perfect for spending time together. Jen was very responsive and kind throughout our stay. We also appreciated how smoothly the check-in process went. Thank you for the hospitality!

Lovely home in a serene setting. The backyard deck looked out over a wooded area. It was peaceful, quiet and easy to relax completely while listening to birdsong. The king bed was comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals, including amenities such as coffee beans, spices, olive oil and vinegar. Jen was super helpful and responsive. The checkout process was one of the least burdensome we have experienced. We loved our stay here and hope to return soon. Highly recommend this home!

Staying at Jen’s place was great! We really enjoyed our time there and it really felt like we were at home. You can’t beat the location and access to the trail system around it. Overall, this was a fantastic place and Jen is super responsive if you have any questions. Best, Aaron

We had a family getaway to celebrate our sons graduation from UARK and this place was perfect for all us to stay together! Nice area to entertain, beautiful views and close to bike trails, golf and the market. We will definitely be back again 🙌🏼
