Short to Mid-term Stays

The open kitchen, dining and living room areas were large enough for our family gathering. There was room to cook and have snacks. Two tables for our group to play cards, chat, and have fun. Jen’s place was perfect and she was more than accommodating. If we are ever back in Bella Vista, Arkansas, we will surely reach out to her

Absolutely loved the place, the space, open area, clean! Kitchen had everything we needed including the grill, location was close to all of our planned events. when first got the address, I searched it up on Google and it had not updated on Maps but the place is legit and beautiful! you wont regret it! Jen was very quick to respond to any of my questions, and was very helpful. When we return I will be booking this place again! Out of the 9 stays I have stayed in from this app this is the 2nd best of all! highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Jen’s place! We really enjoyed the location, it was very close to restaurants and a few other attractions we wanted to see while in town. The house was extremely clean and the layout worked great for our group. We traveled with small children and the house was great. We would definitely stay there again anytime we visit Bentonville!

Jen’s place is absolutely beautiful! It really is the perfect place for a family vacation! I hosted my son’s 22nd birthday with family.. we had more than enough room to visit, to cook meals to hang out on the screened in porch. My grandson had the best time on the play set in the backyard! And Jen is amazing to work with.. she was always available with answers to questions, gave helpful suggestions on places to go. We as a family will definitely be back and book with Jen!

We felt just like at home , we would definitely love to stay again. Loved that it felt like two master bedrooms . Thank you again . The only thing we thought the check out was a little too early but it is still worth it .

This was such a great find. The home was cozy and spacious, we brought along my in-laws and my 4 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely book again if coming to San Antonio.

Our stay at Jen’s was amazing! This property is absolutely beautiful and spacious. Jen was very hands-on and kind. She is one of the best hostess I’ve ever experienced. The location was great the neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was safe and inviting. There would be no hesitation for me and my family to book with Jen again when visiting Miami. Jen was extremely fast with accepting my request to rent and was communicative and attentive throughout the entire trip. The house was exactly how it appeared in the pictures, very clean, good amenities, and a few extras. The location was great, cute and quiet neighborhood with lots to do nearby. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!
