Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. For the safety of our guests and the residents in our buildings, our reservation holders are required to fill out our Guest Arrival Form. Please complete this form within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. (We may run a criminal background check if required). This community enforces quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the unit. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the unit. Amenities may be closed or affected due to COVID-19. We cannot be held responsible for amenity closures. No pets allow. There is a $100 fee if found to have pets inside the unit. No smoking inside the unit or anywhere in the complex, no candles ($500 fine). $100 fee for unreturned or lost key FOB, remote, parking pass, etc. $75 overnight lockout fee. Not to be used for commercial purposes. No photo or video shoots No booking on behalf of others All building events are for residents only and are off-limits during your stay. Building staff (leasing office staff and maintenance) are not affiliated with MintLiving and are not available to you during your stay. Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the apartment. We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. No unregistered guests without prior approval and the number of guests may not exceed the number on the reservation. There is one exterior security camera next to the front door, facing the hallway and the front of the door. It will be on during your stay.
